Responsibilities:

  1. Meets or exceeds established annual sales quota.
  2. Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner.
  3. Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts
  4. Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales.
  5. Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients, expounding on the benefits of Star Radio’s solutions and service capabilities; overcoming objections, etc.
  6. Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services; developing new sales
  7. Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients
  8. Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, identifying needs to be filled.
  9. Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner.
  10. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication or equivalent
  11. Strong experience in Sales field. Experience in Broadcast Media or Advertising is a plus point.
  12. Forward-thinking, creative and analytical
  13. Independent, self-motivated, and self-aggressive
  14. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:
